How to Use
For Sore Muscles: Dispense a small amount onto palm. Massage into affected muscles using firm, circular motions. Apply after exercise or whenever muscles feel tight.
For Tension: Apply to neck, shoulders, and lower back. Breathe deeply while massaging to benefit from the aromatherapy.
Patch test required. Not suitable during pregnancy. For external use only. Avoid broken skin and eye area. Can be used daily.
