At Delve Alchemy, we want you to love your botanical wellness products. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You may return most products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
Eligible for Return:
• Products must be unopened and unused
• Original packaging intact
• Products in resalable condition
• Proof of purchase required
Not Eligible for Return:
• Opened or used products (due to hygiene and safety regulations)
• Gift cards or digital downloads
• Sale or clearance items marked as "final sale"
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened aromatherapy mists, teas, oils, balms, or food products (including ceremonial cacao). This policy complies with UK consumer protection regulations for wellness and personal care products.
Return Shipping
• Customer pays return shipping unless the product is defective or we made an error
• We recommend using tracked shipping services (Royal Mail Tracked or signed delivery)
• You are responsible for return shipping costs and any damage during return transit
• We recommend insuring high-value returns
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at delvealchemy@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return
- Wait for confirmation - we'll send return instructions within 1-2 business days
- Ship the item(s) to the address we provide
- Receive your refund within 5-7 business days of us receiving your return

Refund Processing
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return
• You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
• Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days
Refund Amount:
• Full product price refunded
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless product was defective)
• Return shipping costs are not refunded
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange products for a different item of equal or lesser value: • Follow the return process above and indicate you'd like an exchange
• Specify the product you'd like instead
• Price difference will be refunded or charged as applicable
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective: • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
• We'll provide a prepaid return label (we cover return shipping)
• Full refund including original shipping costs, OR
• Free replacement sent at no charge
Damaged products must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Incorrect Orders
If we sent you the wrong item: • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• We'll provide a prepaid return label
• Full refund including shipping costs, OR
• Correct item sent at no additional charge
Cancellations
Before Shipment:
• Contact us immediately to cancel
• Full refund if we haven't shipped yet
• Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days
After Shipment:
• Follow our standard return policy once you receive the item
International Returns
• International customers may return products within 30 days
• Customer pays return shipping (we recommend tracked services)
• Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable
• Refunds processed in GBP (British Pounds)
Gift Returns
• Gifts can be returned for store credit
• Original purchaser must provide proof of purchase
• All standard return conditions apply
Your Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
For products that are personalised or made-to-order, or products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (opened wellness and personal care products), the 14-day cancellation right does not apply.
